RETURN POLICY

At Chair Master, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your product within 30 days of purchase, subject to the terms and conditions below:

Returns:

All returns must be authorized by Chair Master in advance. To request a return, please email us at info@chairmasterdesigns.com or call us at (844) 424-2474. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return your product.

The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges associated with the return. We recommend that you use a carrier that provides tracking information and insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged items in transit.

Restocking Fee:

If the product is returned in like-new condition, a full refund of the purchase price will be issued. If the product is not returned in like-new condition, Chair Master reserves the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 20% of the purchase price. We will notify you of any restocking fee prior to processing your refund.

Definition of "Like-New Condition":

"Like-New Condition" means that the product is in the same condition as it was when it was shipped from our warehouse. The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging, with all parts and accessories included.

Exclusions:

Custom orders, special orders, and clearance items are non-returnable and non-refundable. If the product is damaged or defective upon receipt, please contact us immediately and we will arrange for a replacement or repair.
