WARRANTY POLICY

Chair Master is committed to providing our customers with high-quality chairs that are built to last. We are confident in the craftsmanship and materials used in the manufacturing of our chairs, and therefore offer a 10-year warranty to protect against any manufacturing defects or failures due to normal wear and tear.

Warranty Coverage:

This warranty applies to all chairs sold by Chair Master and covers any manufacturing defects or failures that occur during normal use of the chair. "Normal use" is defined as the use of the chair for a typical 40-hour work week.

This warranty covers:

• Structural defects or failures, such as broken or cracked frames, bases, or casters
• Malfunctioning parts, such as pneumatic cylinders or tilt mechanisms
• Torn or frayed upholstery due to normal use
• Any other manufacturing defect or failure that occurs during normal use of the chair

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by improper assembly or installation
• Damage caused by misuse or abuse of the chair
• Damage caused by acts of nature, such as floods, earthquakes, or hurricanes
• Normal wear and tear beyond the typical use of a 40-hour work week

Warranty Claims:

If you believe that your chair has a manufacturing defect or failure covered by this warranty, please contact the us immediately. We will require proof of purchase and may request additional information or photographs to evaluate the claim.

If the defect or failure is confirmed to be covered by this warranty, Chair Master will repair or replace the chair, at our discretion, free of charge.
